Meeting "The Pup"

When I Met Christina

This was a pretty big step for me coming together and meeting friends from our webring on the net. There are always a lot of silent uncertainties going through my mind. But I know that is mainly my own insecurities but I guess the unknown always has hidden questions.

I knew Christina from the Garden of Friendship and when I saw her for the first time there was no mistake who she was. She just looks like her pics we have on the net....lol And it was so easy, it all just fell into place. We did chat at times on messenger and we seemed to hit it off well online chatting. But it is always so different to meet in real life. Those questions that keep popping into my head wondering how you are going to be accepted when you first meet - what will the first imprecation go down like. Well all the worry in my mind was for no reason at all - Christina and I hit it off like a house on fire so to speak. It was like we had known each other for years. We have the same interests with what we do online, w ith our love of poetry and our Psp-ing.....lol And the main thing, was the love we have for our dear animal friends. So I felt really quite good in the company of Stina, and Stina did look after me as well. The whole meeting went off wonderfully and I have no idea why I was a little hesitant in the first place. We all got on like we have known each other for years.

I hope we can do this again at some stage, and hopefully, Some of the ones that couldn't be there with us for the first time can make it for the next time we all come together. It was just the best in every way.
