Terms of Use

PLEASE carefully read all terms of use before using any of my sets.
  1. All webset graphics provided, including tiles, images, banners, buttons, bars, and any other graphics included in the set are for use ONLY with that particular set. They may not be used in combination with other graphics, other graphic sets, or for any other purpose. Graphics may NOT be altered in any way. They may not be used as pieces to create your own graphics or sets.

    Definition of "altered": Resizing, cutting, mixing & matching with other sets, etc. Adding your own touch to an image; i.e. changing colors, putting words on images, animating images or adding borders.

    Exception to this is only allowed when a BLANK button is provided with the set.


  2. You never have to use all images of any set if you don't need them. Nor do you have to set up your page exactly as I have. But PLEASE, do not use any images from my sets with any other background sets that you might have downloaded from some other web site.


  3. All Logos MUST be placed on EACH page where my graphics appear. My logo linked back to me: http://websetreflections.co.nr/ Any other logos provided should be linked back to the artist.


  4. DO NOT LINK DIRECTLY TO my GRAPHIC. All graphics/sets are to go on your own webspace. Do not link to mine. That is bandwidth theft. Please download the zip file provided with each set.


  5. DO NOT use our websets or graphics on any porn site or any site pertaining to prejudice, hate or violence.


  6. Absolutely NO redistribution of these graphics in any form. This means that you may not put any of our graphics up on your site and then give away as yours or offer them for sale to others.



    7. Please understand I spend several hours creating my sets, so it is with respect that I ask for adherance to these few simple terms. For it is greatly appreciated.
